Position Summary

The technological and electrical know-how of wiring our equipment is paramount to every mission. As an Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems specialist, you’ll work on the wiring and electrical components of our airpower. From engine control to pressuring cabins, you ensure the safety of our Airmen and the efficient completion of our objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform cryogenic maintenance on mobile aircraft-servicing units.
Ensure compliance with technical directives and publications.
Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot electrical and environmental (E & E) systems.
Repair and replace defective parts.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma, GED with 15 college credits or GED
Knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical principles relating to E & E systems
Experience maintaining electrical, electronic and environmental systems
Normal color vision
Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
