Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with 4+ years of industry experience.
OR
Master’s Degree with 3+ years of industry experience.
OR
PhD degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with 1+ years of industry experience.
Qualifying Industry Experience Includes Working With The Following
Project management processes.
Project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
Critical Chain management.
PMP Certification.
Advanced MSP with ProChain Skills.
Project management/Analysis experience. – Ability and passion to drive change and improve project execution methods. – Ability to structure and analyze and integrate complex and multidiscipline data sets, indicating trends, issues and recommending/driving improvements – Expertise in the areas of scheduling methods, indicators and dashboards, Lean and Agile methodologies, IP, product and Platform PLC lifecycles – preferred – Technical understanding in HW Design and Validation – highly desirable- Desired proficiency in using HSD ES, MS Project, Prochain, MS Excel,Powe BI, MSOffice- Proven multi-level stakeholder management skills -Ability to perform in a high pressure, environment with multiple weekly deadlines and time critical detail oriented analysis with exposer to senior management. – Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and conclusions in easily understandable way – Impeccable integrity
